Usage and Dosing
- Cephalexin, được FDA phê duyệt năm 1971, là cephalosporin thế hệ 1 dùng đường uống, có hoạt tính in vitro trên streptococci, MSSA, E. coli, Klebsiella sp. và P. mirabilis.
- Có thể gây âm tính giả khi xét nghiệm bạch cầu niệu bằng que nhúng nước tiểu.
